On 18th October, a meeting took place at Ambioteco’s headquarters. Representatives from Microbiotix, Green Eco Poland and Ambioteco discussed activities for the year 2023.

We have completed work on a new formula for the Microbiotix Pre+Probiotic animal supplement. It consists of 7 strains of microorganisms and 7 herbal extracts. Laboratory tests and analyses confirmed the quality of the new supplementary feed mixture. Experiments in barns, pigsties and chicken coops confirmed the expected effects.

The conference – “Everything starts with microorganisms and their role in agricultural production” is now history.

Together with Elvita and Generiks, we organized a thematic conference at Zbigniew Lebiedziński’s Brassica farm. The first edition was mainly dedicated to soil; we also discussed the role of microorganisms in a broader context and what awaits farmers after the introduction of the Green Deal (eco-schemes).

We were surprised by the very high interest, indicating that soil issues are critical.

Together with Elvita, Agrolok, Generiks, and Sansevera, we are organising the first Biological Conference. The meeting with farmers from all over Poland will take place at the farm of Mr. Zbigniew Lebiedziński, a well-known seed producer and owner of a cucumber and cabbage pickling plant. The lecture topics will revolve around microorganisms and biological methods of soil enrichment, plant immunity stimulation, and reducing the effects of drought.
The conference will also discuss aspects of eco-schemes gradually introduced for farms as part of the Green Deal.

The year 2022 brings enormous challenges and the prospect of development! Microbiotix, based on scientific work and experience, has isolated strains from agricultural ecosystems in Poland and native bacterial banks. We have raised the level of bacteria by over 200 times. Our business partners have welcomed our changes with understanding and have expressed their approval for our new product development plans. Our company has changed its name to MICROBIOTIX Sp. z o.o. The patent office protects our graphical symbol and the names of individual preparations. Together with a local scientist, a professor at the Silesian University of Technology, we have submitted a proposal to the Polish Patent Office for the invention of conducting inoculants for specific numbers of native strains.
We have enormous scientific and practical potential that we will use to create increasingly new and better preparations.

This season we will be offering innovative, effective and safe products. Stay tuned for more news.

On 20th January this year, the first meeting of potential consortium members in the ‘Cooperation’ programme took place. Representatives of the Silesian University of Technology – the Faculty of Biotechnology, IUNG Puławy, CODR, Generiks, Sensevera, Ambioteco and Microbiotix discussed the assumptions of the project, the main goal of which is to counteract the effects of drought.

The project will include a research period until the end of 2024.

Od października 2021 roku prowadzimy wspólnie z naszymi partnerami doświadczenia z metabolitami bakteryjnymi. Założyliśmy doświadczenia polowe na oziminach: pszenicy i rzepaku. In the 2021 season, we introduced a humic preparation (fulvic and humic acids) to what we offer in collaboration with the company Generiks. We recommend this high-quality product for use together with bacterial preparations to enhance their effectiveness. The specific nature of humic acid molecules increases the resistance of microorganisms to adverse conditions, providing them with a “roof over their heads.” Starting in 2022, we are introducing our own brand of humic acids, Microbiotix Humi.

In collaboration with Generiks, Microbiotix has been publishing a series of videos under the common title ‘Biological Methods in Vegetable Farming’ on the YouTube channel “Grunt to Warzywa” since the 2021 season. In these videos, we discuss how to grow more than just vegetables, using biological methods. You are welcome to watch.

In the 2022 season, Microbiotix will be introducing a new line of bacterial preparations under the brand name Microbiotix. This will be a new approach to the biological methods used in agriculture, following a holistic approach and the benefits of nature.

In the 2021 season, Krasoń released organic seedlings that were inoculated with two applications of Microbiotix products.
We hope that the production of seedlings for organic agriculture will continue to grow each year.

The year 2021 was also favourable for the Microbiotix Prevent technology in preventive action against Fusarium graminearum in wheat.

The application timing and the rapid dominance of Prevent microorganisms avoid the colonisation of cereal spikes by this dangerous pathogen. The mode of action, completely different from chemical pesticides, proved to be more effective in reducing mycotoxins in cereal grains. Farmers in Kujawy have found this new method attractive.

Result: the same yield as the control, with simultaneously lower levels of ZEA, DON, and AFLA.

Therefore, 2022 will be the first season of introducing the Prevent technology to the market.

Microbiotix Sp. z o.o., Generiks, and Ambioteco signed a three-party cooperation agreement on bacterial metabolites. The year 2022 will be a season of trials and experiments with biological methods for stimulating plant immunity.

For project purposes, Microbiotix will form a consortium with the Institute of Zootechnics in Krakow, a poultry slaughterhouse, broiler producers and a veterinarian to apply for EU grants in the CHICKEN OK! project. We are waiting for the decision of the ARiMR competition for grant allocation.

A new type of packaging for bacterial preparations. From this season onwards, we have introduced a new type of bottle for bacterial preparations.
The double aeration system has definitively solved the problem of package swelling, especially after transportation. On the other hand, this phenomenon shows that live microorganisms are present in the preparations.
