About the Academy

Our slogan “Small, Big World of Microorganisms” shows that small can be big. They are invisible, yet they have a significant impact on our entire planet. There are no organisms in our environment whose influence on the life of plants, animals and humans is so immense.

We humans consider ourselves the masters of planet Earth. In reality, we are entirely dependent on bacteria, fungi and the entire micro world. Let’s seek an alliance with the world of microorganisms – they are inconspicuous, but they perform great work. Their world is a natural wonder, where we find solutions to ensure that our lives do not come to an end. They existed long before us, are with us now and will be after us.

The concept of Microbiotix is a holistic approach. Nature does not operate on the principle of isolated factors. Their mutual synergies create comprehensive systems. The whole cannot be reduced to the sum of its parts. We have humility towards Nature, treating our mission as a continuous learning process.
Unfortunately, agriculture, as one of the greatest and most significant human inventions, is a branch of the economy that has one of the most substantial impacts on the environment. Unfortunately, also in the negative sense:

• soil erosion,
• water exploitation,
• pesticide accumulation,
• greenhouse gas emissions,
• biodiversity depletion,
• industrial animal husbandry,
• groundwater, river and sea pollution (eutrophication).

These are all facts, and no one can dispute that. Enormous consumption, cost pressure and low prices for farmers force these negative mechanisms. Often, farmers are compelled to practices that may not necessarily align with nature.
On this page, we will print articles, knowledge about implementing biological methods into agricultural production, expert opinions, scientific discoveries… We will debunk myths about bacterial preparations and biological plant protection methods, and soil healing. The word ‘fact’ will be crucial.

Regenerative agriculture is no longer a luxury and extravagance. It’s a necessity! We also encourage discussions on the Microbiotix Academy forum. We would appreciate your questions and opinions and sharing your experiences.
